How does delivery work?

If you have not specified a delivery date and location when placing your order, it will be discussed when you order is completed along with a time that is convenient for us both. Arrangements will be discussed on call, Instagram or via e-mail.

Can I have delivery to my home?

Yes, home delivery is available for large items ONLY. These would include furniture and bigger wooden builds.

Do you do installations?

Yes, installation is available for mounted items at a varying additional cost.

What if I need to reschedule?

We’re understanding! If need be, please reschedule delivery 24 hours before the discussed date.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our current lead time is 1.5 weeks for custom signs, 2-3 weeks for custom builds (depending on the intricacy) and 4-6 weeks for large furniture pieces such as tables, shelves, desks, etc.

Why do orders take so long?

Our items are handcrafted to order. We create pieces once the specific size/s, colors, design and wood type (for furniture) have been chosen by the customer. We almost always have some stock items that can be collected asap once it is available.

How would I know the status of my order?

We will try our best to keep you updated with your order. If you’d like to know sooner than we do so, feel free to contact us.

How do I display my sign?

Hanging hardware is installed to the back of every sign. Other displaying options are possible – you will need to specify this upon placing an order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for stock items. If you are a not pleased with the item you have ordered, you may return it in it’s original condition and packaging – you will receive a full refund. Used or damaged items will not receive a refund.

We do not accept returns for custom items. We always try our very best to create an item exactly as ordered. Custom items are final sales.

How do I maintain signs, furniture and wooden builds?

*Our items are made of 100% real wood. It is properly treated, dried and prepped before work is done to/on it. Avoid harsh chemicals and scrubbing motions with rough cleaning items on ALL items.

Signs – Gently wipe the surface using a dry microfiber cloth – this will easily pick up dust. A wet/damp cloth can be used but this can create watermarks. Water should be the only liquid on its’ surface – this is to avoid destroying or thinning the top coat.

Furniture – Gently wipe surface using a damp/wet microfiber cloth. You may use a mild mixture of soap and water ONLY IF your product has a finish on it. Make sure to re-wipe the surface with a dry microfiber after. Use coasters on tables to prevent water stains and heat damage.
